Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time from your profile and you keep your plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, whether that is a month or a year.Do you offer refunds?
No. Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro at no charge and with no card, so you can try everything before paying. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@freedomrankings.com.What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers; Stripe holds the payment information.What does Pro unlock that Supporter doesn’t?

Yes. Verified students, civic educators, and 501(c)(3) nonprofits get 50% off Pro for 12 months, after which it renews at the standard rate. Email support@freedomrankings.com with a .edu address or your IRS determination letter and we will issue a discount code to enter at checkout.What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account stays active on the free Citizen plan, and your followed states and officials, saved results, and notification preferences are preserved. You can re-upgrade at any time and pick up where you left off. To delete your account entirely, see the privacy policy.Is the Pro tier a subscription or a one-time purchase?
Pro is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly. A year costs the same as 10 months, so 2 months are free. There is no lifetime tier today.
