Yes. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time from your profile settings and you will keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, email support@freedomrankings.com and we will refund the most recent payment in full, no questions asked.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers; Stripe holds the payment information.

What does Pro unlock that Supporter doesn’t?

Pro adds full donor lists for every official (vs the top 25 on Supporter), unlimited business-interest records, unlimited vote history, comparison of up to 5 states at once (vs 2), historical state-score trends, and donor geography breakdowns. See the tier comparison above for the full list.

Is there a student or nonprofit discount?

Yes. Verified students, journalists, civic educators, and 501(c)(3) nonprofits get 50% off Pro. Email support@freedomrankings.com with a .edu address or your IRS determination letter and we will issue a discount code.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account stays active on the Free tier and your followed states, saved comparisons, and notification preferences are preserved. You can re-upgrade at any time and pick up where you left off. To delete your account entirely, see the privacy policy.
